    66 G.T.O. vs. 01 WS6

I happen to be at my parents house due to my grand father being very sick, they live 250 miles away, anyway I decided to get out my 66 g.t.o. to go see him, it is stored at my dads garage, when I pulled it out I seen this trans-am drive by real slow checkin it out I Waved and he did too, the first stoplight in town he came out of nowhere and pulled up right beside me, throws me a rev
I fire back, start revving (TH-400 with 3200RPM stall) and the light turns green
well I went maybe 2 blocks and had him by atleast one, he was cool though he followed me to hospital and B.S.ed with me for like half an hour. Oh and just for you doubters, my 66 G.T.O. has a 455 bored and stroked to a 474, the trans. is a custom built TH-400 with a 3200 stall, it has a Gm 12 bolt rear, 3.73s with a mini-spool, the frame has been structurally reenforced and it has a 8-pt. roll cage my best E-T was 11.26@116mph@5100ft. above sea-level.

I have pics but they've been printed already, and erased from the camera, as I said the car is stored in my dads garage 250 miles away, so next time I go to my parents I'll take some pics of it, it is black cherry, looks great IMO , My mom has a 66 G.T.O. with a 421 she runs 11.70s all day, my dad has a 66 as well and runs 10.60s just thought you guys might find it interesting. thanks

yeah my aunt and uncle have a 1969 Camaro RS/SS , 396BBC, about 560crank horsepower, Muncie M22 close ratio 4-speed, narrowed ford 9in. w/4.11 gears, hasn't been to track yet, needs more tuning and some suspension mods, my das dad has a 1931 ford 5-window coupe, w/1966-327 around 425 hp. (not dynoed) Th-350 built with a 3500 RPM stall and a chrysler 8 3/4 rear-end and 4.33 posi gears, he runs like high 12s, and finally my other grandpa (moms dad) has a 1951 mercury, frame off resto, original 255cu.in. flathead V8, it has headers, offy heads, 3 two-barrel carbs, and like a 54 desoto grille, it looks good, but is never raced due to the fact it is sooo slow,
