240 SX gets eatin
so i was on vacation in tennessee to visit a dumb slut, and i was on 58 when i saw a pack of ricers haulin nuts. so i thought what the hell i'll show them how a 5.7 runs. i caught up to the leader of the pack which was a primered black 240 sx and the douche looked at me and took off. so i got into it and caught him but a car in my lane made me hit the brakes which i then passed. when i got next to him again he threw up his figures in the so close but no cigar manner so i tried to get him to slow down bc my a4 shifts into 2nd at 70mph and i wanted to really embarass him. he refused to and got into it so i slowed to about 68 from 73 and just blew his doors off. the best part is that he thought he had me. i stopped at the next gas station and he drove passed and got back into it and it sounded horrible.

black- 2002 corvette coupe
He probably didn't have his "race gas" in and his bottle was in his scion xb.
j/k 240's can be fast with a rbd20 something swap or skyline engine.....but most of them are just okay, good jap platform tho, its rwd...I have a friend in Millbrook, AL who has a stock bodied (actually less than stock, the paint's a shitty faded black) and he has a tanabe exhaust (good titanium stuff) the engine swap(v6) with a medium size turbo, he runs 13's last I heard. LO 13's. On 93 octane with lo-psi, Car looks like shit but his engine bay is nice.

2008 Caliber SRT 4- 1998 Z28/ 1993 Talon awd
The 240's ranged from 140hp to 160hp stock depending on year. The SR20DET turbo motor from Japan ranged from 190hp to 240-250hp depending on year. The turbo motor from Japan can make eazy 400whp.

240SX's are drifting cars...
I didn't think that many people used any Nissan's other than 350Z's for all out street racing, especially from a dig.

I hear about fast ricers on the street, but damn if I have ever run up on one. They all sound like shit and look funny, and when they irritate me, I either drown out their fart can with a small block soundtrack or hand them their ass in a sling by disappearing into the horizon.
