I pulled a charger SRT-8 from a 45mph. roll, we were both stock. by 95-100ish I had him by 2-3 cars. I'd say you win.

Magnums are slow and look gay, so even if he wins, it'll still look gay. I can't believe people try to race those things. If they're modding them then that's even worse!

The trannys are sluggish in the Magnum. They also weigh well over 4000lbs. THey also have those massive (heavy) wheels and brakes that saps a lot of the power. You'll be fine.

There are not as fast as your LS2 but I would not say they are slow.

if anything you would beat him up top. Wagons aren't too aerodynamic.

I think the real question here is, why did you buy an automatic?

I just dont see how that big thing could beat the GTO... It is like a short SUV , those 20"tires/rims, dont even want to know how much a set cost ....My cousin was out on business .... But I dont think the 25 extra HP could make up for all the extra weight .....

05 GTO wins over the SRT425 hp one, unless you mess up on shifing (if u had M6) or something. but consistently I've seen SRTs get their teeth kicked in by the LS2.
