    well cursing and met up with my buddy and he had his stang. well we are leaving town and he nails it i see him coming up to pass me i nail it (doing about 10 to 20) go to over 100. he has a 5 speed i don't even know how far ahead i was but after we talked he said FU** is that car fast. haha now he wants to do fi into the car so he can beat me. love the power of the vette just want better gears!

    That's no good put the supposed breaking point of the old gt's is 400hp. Only way it will hold boost is a new block.

    Has nothing to do with the block, its the crap pistons and rods. 400 is just the safety zone, people have ran around with close to 500 but they had the money to slap in a new bottom end at any point. Its all about the tune.

    I will probably be getting a 5 speed coupe 99-04 GT for a DD in the next several months, I really, really like those car's but I have to agree with everyone else man, there is no way you will be able to get 600hp out of those 2V heads. They don't flow very well at all.

    And most importantly, cool kill OP.
