On Saturday I received my interior Door trim. After waiting 3 weeks it for it I was anxious. I opened the box and found out there was a problem with how the pieces were glued together ( guess they GM did not wait for glue to dry before assembling ).

Anyway.. I have requested an RMA from them..Today Wednesday its been three days..No RMA. I attempted to contact Flow Chevrolet but was told though GM Parts fell under them, they were an internet entity.

I just want a RMA so I return this and have a new one sent out to me.

Has anyone expierenced a delay in obtain a RMA from them?
