i set up the preferred customer package and ordered a few things on saturday the 17th. i recieved the package with the member info(currently going through it little by little) and the oil stuff i ordered on tuesday the 20th. so far this has been a nice start and i fully expect it to be just as fast. i highly recommend signing up for the preferred member packages or more if you have plans of being a personal user or dealer. awesome shipping times and no need to call for customer service so far.
