Found his thread, yeah looks like you are screwed. He hasn't visited since 4/17 and only thread he started and posted on was that FS thread. This should be a warning to all about doing business with another member who has limited posts and time on here. 9 posts means no business from me personally.

I sold him a RK sport body kit for $350.00. We met up and he only had $200.00 and said he could pay me the rest in a few weeks. 14 months later and one failed promise after another, I still have no money. he wont even answer my PM's or emails anymore. Since the sale was local I didnt think this would be a problem. I know where he lives, so I might drive over and tear it off the car.

Kinda your fault wasn't it? I mean, you took the risk of a "promise". Should have got it in writing, then showed the court.

Yes it was, but all deals have some kind of trust involved, and the guy who he was scammed by should not be crying about his last deal when he still owes money to this guy from a previous deal.

Wasnt my fault at all. He has not payed me, that is his fault. My fault was making a deal on a handshake. I wonder if he will respond to this post?

Looks like Chad has been called out. Doubtfull he will respond, I would go with you to reposess some of your kit, that would make his car look stupid of only part of it were missing, if I were closer. (I would help you remove the unpaid part! I did not read my post before posting. Can you tell?)

I haven't been ripped off yet but I am annoyed by folks that show interest in buying something then flake out at the last minute. I have my crap in a box, ready to go for this one guy who refuses to return my PMs and emails and all I'm asking for is a short "no thanks". I guess we can all feel safer by putting our items for sale on ebay...
