picture prob

I want to get the picture in the link provided in as my avatar/homepage. In idiot terms how do I do this?

Just go to CP and edit your profile picture. Make sure you put a copy on your HD. The same with your avatar.

The problem is that this pic was taken from a friend of mine so I don't have this on my computer which is where I usually upload my pics. I tried using all the links but either to big or invalid.

Save it to you computer. Right click on it and save it.

Then upload it as your profile picture
