Not able to post new thread

For the past 3 days, I have been unable to post a new thread in the Eastern Members section. Both the 'Submit New Thread' and 'Preview Post' result in the screen going white and then freezing. Permissions are intact in the posting rules.

I have been checking everything and I don't see anything wrong on the site.

Eastern Members is the only place I am having a problem. I tried posting a new thread from both my home and work computers over the last several days. After a couple of tries, I then attempted posting a different thread in case it did not like the content or something. Still no go. I am able to post within existing threads. I'll try again now just for fun.

Still no go. It freezes on this screen: http://www.ls1.com/forums/newthread....ostthread&f=25

I tried again just after you posted the above, and also tried this evening with the same result. I have been attempting to post a link to a NY/PA car show calendar. When I tried today, I left the link out and just provided the info. Same deal as before.

I also tried to post the new thread using your link. It opens up the correct "newthread" address, but still won't post it when I submit. Gremlins!

With your permission, can I post my thread here and have you move it to the Eastern Members section?

I just tried posting it as a new thread here. Same problem surfaced. This version does not contain a link, just text. The thread is supposed to be as follows:

    NY/PA Car Shows

After many attempts to post this information, we are going to try it with a little assistance. If you are looking for a new show to attend, check out holtononline.com For whatever reason, the link thing won't work for me - so you'll have to type it in yourself. Once the site loads, click the link for "NY/PA Car Shows" at the top left and select a month. I was amazed at all the different shows that are listed -- found some not too far from where I am that I did not even know about.
