Mobile app notifications?

I have never been able to open up the Notifications on my phone, both old and new. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still doesn't work. Recently upgraded to a Razr M, and thought that might remedy the issue. Just me?

I tap the ">" and nothing happens.

Hmm... my says "There are no new notifications."

Seems hit & miss.

On the Home page it says, "You have 1 new notification". I tap the ">" and it then goes to a blank screen entitled "Notifications" with "1 New Likes Received". I again tap the ">" and nothing happens.

Notifications have ALWAYS done this to me.
