How do I change my email address?

I am not getting any notifications when a thread is replied to. I go back and check the threads I'm subscribed to, and they have replies, but I am not notified of the replies. I would like to change my email address so that I can get replies...Anyone know how???? Thanks

Click on <Settings> and you'll see the menu on the left side of your screen. Select <Edit Profile> and then click on the top box outlined in black that says "Edit Email & Password".

I put in my password as it instructed, then changed my email address and hit save changes at the bottom of the page and in came up with this:The administrator has restricted free email addresses like hotmail, yahoo and gmail. Please use your ISP assigned email. To contact the administrator click here. "here" is highlighted and I click "here" and then they want me to send an email with Outlook email, which requires the name of an outgoing server, incoming server, asking whether it's POP3, HTTP or IMAP. I don't know any of that stuff. Is this the ONLY way to change my email address on LS1.com? Unreal.
