How can I change my options?

My email is getting flooded because every time I post something it emails me that I posted.. I know I posted I dont want a stupid email about it and i'v been in the User CP for 20 min and cant find where I can turn this option off.. Is there no way to not spam myself with my own messages?

quick links >subscriptions>edit options on left hand side then choose how you want to do your subscriptions from the drop down menu

also can do that from usercp instead of going to quick links...just another way to do it

quick links >subscriptions

only thing close to that i have is subscribed threads.

left column edit options.
then messaging and notification. go to where you can turn off subscriptions.

I had that set to no email notification but it's still emailing me, so i figured that wasn't it. I changed it to "do not subscribe" now, guess i'll check it out.

You have to unsubscribe from your current threads

Highlight all, then change to no email notification. Or you can unsubscribe.

What I do is subscribe to all thread I want to watch or post in. But turn off email. Then I can go to CP and watch my threads.
