cant put things in for sale post when i have 100 posts and 3 months

ok i have 100 posts and 3months and i cant post anyting in the for sale section, i have been a member since 10/14 it says can you help me out ?

make post what you want to post and at the top ask for a mod to move it to the for sale section...
