Avatar guidelines

Don't get me wrong... I love to look at some hot women and have an ass to look at when I'm posting. Boobs rock and some of the avatars are great, but some of them are also really NWS.

There is always the option of not posting at work... but that doesn't really work because at work is always where I am when I'm posting.

Could we get some different guidelines in place for the Avatars to be something that doesn't require a NWS link?
