Anyone know what kind of glue to use on the back window in my car? Its leaks just a little around the top of the seal and I want to fix it because it is getting worse. Any one else have this problem?

Mine started to leak at the bottom of the window, and filling the trunk. I used some clear silicone all the way across. I haven't had any leaks.

Im preety sure i need some type of clear glue since its the top of the window that coming loose. I dont think silicone will hold up the weight of it.

Silicone is what the factory probably used. It has to be flexible to move with the expansion and contraction of the fabric in the top. You would be suprised at what silicone could hold.

I think I used some GE silicone. I have a tube laying around that I think is it. I might have picked it up at the marine store, since I probaly went there first. You could use something from home depot or the local hardware store too.
