WTB a '01-'02 SOM Trans Am ws6 soon.

Anybody know of/own a low mileage '01-'02 SOM Trans Am ws6. MUST be a 6spd with tan interior. I know there aren't many out there but I am prepared to patiently wait until I find the perfect one. Preferably under ~60k miles. Any help will be much appreciated!!

Hey bud, a friend of mine just decided to sell his 01 SOM WS6, 6 spd, 52,xxx miles, looking for around 16k. The only issue is it has Black leather. Very clean car though. Hit me up if you want his info, its in Fayetteville NC.

ahhh close. but unfort i'm pretty set on a tan interior. Other than that, sounds about exactly what i'm looking for. thanks for the quick reply though. I know I may being too picky with it lol, but this is my dream car I've had envisioned for the past 4 yrs. thanks again

the black looks way better, then the tan in that exterior color.

To each his own I guess. Who knows though, if I see one w/ black I may fall in love. I've just always been a bigger fan of the tan, especially when it comes to showing wear marks (in the seats and interior panels)

Spoke to my buddy last night about this thread.

He's got an '02 WS6. SOM w/ tan. Currently on speedlines.
It's cam only and puts down 412 to the wheels. Out here it's the car to beat, it's always been a freak. Full suspension and options too.

He's asking 15k obo.

Unfort. I'm looking for a car that pretty much stock and has seen very little if any track time. Other than that, Its a beautiful car though.. I hate to sound picky about all this, but like I said, I've been waiting for years for the chance to finally get a bird, so she's gotta be perfect.

There's nothing wrong with waiting to get the car you want! Good luck! It'll just be all the sweeter when you do get it for not having compromised...

And not that it helps, but I just saw one with a blown head gasket at the shop a few weeks ago

well its in my price range but 'water damage' = NO way for me.. even if it is just from rain, I never mess with anything with water damage. Great find though. THANKS

Awesome! Thank you. I'm on that great search too. Think i'm going to pass on the local one with the auto. I'd be lost without a manual tranny in any car. I'm not even being picky about color, just mileage, price and tranny.

I can't wait to get rid of this blasted green beast of mine!!
