gauging intrest- 2002 Corvette
I'm looking at possibly selling my 2002 Corvette. It's the base coupe with 71,000 miles on the car. It's a 6-speed. Targa top. I've had it since 2006. Apart from the occasional steering column lock message, I've never had a mechanical problem with the car. I dont know anything about the history of the car before I had it, but the car runs like a dream. It's the easiest car to drive. I've driven it accross country before with no problems at all. Here's a list at what I have done:
1. Dynatech supermaxx long tube headers, with optional off road x pipe
2. borla exhaust with single pipes on each side
2. ported throttle body
3. Donaldson blackwing air intake
4. custom front bumper air screen in the liscense plate to allow cold air to the intake filter
5. B & M ripper shifter
6. EBC redstuff pads
7. Baer eradispeed cross drilled and slotted rotors ( one piece)
8. delrin shift knob
9. gauge pillar with a/f ratio and d-pic performance gauges ( dont work)
10. Custom single sub box for rear cargo area for single 12" sub
11. Aftermarket dvd radio
12. Larger than stock air bridge
13. Front z06 screens
14. Caravaggio rear deck wing.
15. Front and rear turn signal/ brake light black outs
16. Limo tint on the side and rear windows
17. Car is lowered on stock bolts
18. Functioning rear zo6 brake ducts
19. Custom shift plate.
I'm looking to sell the car because I never drive the car, and i'd like to see it go to someone who will take just as good care of it, and drive it as often as it should. I'm making $400 a month payments on it, and dont drive it. Im looking to move so it would be nice to have the extra cash. There are a few scrapes in the front under the bumper, and a few small scratches here and there, but otherwise flawless body. I'm asking $19,000, with small flexability. The car only needs a performance tune for the headers/ cai. The only other thing it needs is a replacement gear for the passenger headlight, and the rear struts for the hatch.
