For Sale: 2005 Pontiac GTO in Crescent City, FL 32112 60 miles south of Jax and 45 miles northwest of Daytona.

I just don’t drive it that much so I want to use my money for other things.

Details: 62,000 miles car is in excellent condition, the car “really” still has that new car smell or something like it without any air fresheners or fragrances.

SAP (Sport Appearance Pkg), minus the SAP spoiler, normal spoiler is attached.

Mods: all stock, 18” chrome TSW Mondello wheels. Some pitting of wheels due to being dirty for a period of time and the previous owner living in Miami (salt water in the air - i guess) but its not that bad. Black vinyl “GTO” insert on rear pumper.

Mostly highway miles (I know its been said before). The previous owner drove it from Miami to Jax, FL regularly from brand new 5/2005 to 3/2007 at 43,400 miles. I bought it 3/2007 and it has averaged just over 6k miles a year. 3/2010 would be 3 years for me owning it. I only drive it a couple times a month bc I have a take home police car and my wifes car to drive. There are a few chips on the front bumper and hood but nothing out of the normal.

I am a cop in FL, so I have not driven it hard bc I can’t afford to get into trouble. I have obviously gotten on it a few times in the past 3 years. I have never taken it to the track.

April 09 – dealer replaced complete clutch hydraulic system
Aug 09 - dealer replaced factory radio due to cd player not working

All issues have been handled by the dealership.

Issues: the front bumper clips were broken when I bought the car, I fixed it
with the info from a thread posted on LS2GTO.com
- Aug 09 – dealership could not fix cruise control. It works but
sporadically goes inactive for a short amount of time. But IT DOES
WORK about 95% of the time. It does not throw a code.
- The passenger door handle bezel has a paint chip on the top side.

Accidents: Not since I have had it and the dealer said it was not wrecked before. The dealership said the previous owner hit a
mailbox and that’s why the bumper clips broke.
