    1997 Lengenfelter Camaro

    FS: 1997 LT1 Lingenfelter 383 Camaro

Many of you know this car. It's a 1997 Z28 convertible built with the utmost quality and top of the line parts avaliable. I have over 35K in receipts for the car, and unfortunatley, divorce (and a crowded garage) is forcing me to sell. It's been sitting in my garage for the last year and I've put probably less than 50 miles on it as I basically just drive the vette, and the commuter.

The car has less than 40,000 miles on it, and dyno'd at 540RWHP on the juice, and around 390RWHP on the motor, and is completely smog legal. I tracked it one day, and pulled an 11.3 and haven't went to the track since.

For what is in this car, I will make someone a smokin deal. I have a huge inventory of stock parts to go with the car, and depending on what you take, will adjust the price accordingly. You can see a list of what is in the car at my website.

    http://www.cosick.com/Z28/index.htm

I want to keep the car in the club, or at least to a true enthusiast that can appreciate the car for what it is.

Thanks. I have over 13K in just the motor, and it has less than 35K 100% trouble free miles on it. (Not to mention the 4K I just spent on a new paint job...) I have not even had to crack the valve covers on this thing. If you want a RELIABLE, high horse power car, this is it. Lingenfelter is all about the balance with reliablity and power. There are certainly cars out there with more HP on the motor. But I challenge you to find one more reliable than mine. I can't stress enough how solid this is. I drove almost 8000 miles around the entire counry two summers ago, and never skipped a beat. This car is ROCK SOLID

Sounds like a GREAT car. Are you trying very hard at all to sell it or is it just posted here on this forum? The car should be gone by now.

For now, I have it posted here, and at my local forum, Nor-Cal LS1.com. I really want it to go to an enthusiast first before I open it up to eBay. I would think it would be gone too, I guess the right person just hasn't seen the ad yet.

Shipping is between $800 & $1000. I bought my vette from New Jersey off the Corvett Forum and had it shipped to CA. This car is worth it. If you're looking for a LT1 F-Body, you won't find a better one than this.

Not sold yet. I just took it out today and put the new cat on it, so it's ready to go now.

Took the car out yesterday for a spin, after having a new cat installed over the weekend. Man this thing rides nice. I'll probably be taking it in on Thursday or so and get the smog cert.

It is pretty much turn-key, ready to go!!!! (Hmmm, imagine that. A beautiful turn key, low 11 second ride, solid as a rock, and CA smog legal.... What more could you want?)

    See it here at http://www.cosick.com/Z28/

No one has yet to come and look at it that was interested in buying a car. However, those that have looked at it are amazed no one has snapped it up. (As am I frankly) Anyway, I'm heading off to Cabo on Wednesday afternoon, so I won't be getting any email till I get back on 6/20. Maybe someone can sneak in a purchase before I go?
