F/S 99 Trans Am, STS Turbo, Yank, Meth, 11.91 ET
SOLD - Thanks for looking
Link to Auction
I had it on ebay last week... Full description there ...
Great car, divorce forcing sale.
I thought it was sold. The guy contacted me through ebay, we negotiated a price, and I cancelled the auction for him.
Payment never came and now he's ignoring me. I'm finally giving up on him.
I googled his name and phone number. He's from Georgia and Florida and see he's been banned from all kinds of car forums for various reasons.
Matt Jones is his name. I hope he's not a member here.
Anyways.... I was looking for $11,000 for the car and it's located in Tiffin Ohio (44883)
Thanks for looking.Last edited by rick67; 02-21-2012 at 10:43 AM. Reason: sold
1999 T/A LS1
STS rear mount turbo - 5 psi
48# Injectors, 3600 Yank converter
Other that that, all stock.
Best ET so far, 11.91 @ 114.47 w/1.60 60'

Bump to top and please note that any reasonable offers will be considered. Don't wanna sound desperate.... but I'm fairly desperate because of the divorce.
Price includes un-installed hood, frame connectors, new front brakes still in boxes, and a few bottles of "boost juice".
Pricing negotiable if you don't want that stuff. It's all "sellable" for me seperately, so it doesn't necessarily have to go with the car...
I would even entertain taking the boost controller, Dynojet wideband, and meth kit back off it since I can sell those seperatly as well. (and it won't effect the cars performance at all since it's not being used)
Would also consider trading down for a decent truck. (no even trades, and definately can't trade up.... but if I can get a full size, dependable, V8, 4WD, truck and some cash, we might be able to make a deal)

Sorry, I can't drop that far unless you have a truck to throw in the mix. Thanks for the offer though!
I thought it was sold AGAIN..... this time to a guy in Memphis. Been emailing back and forth, and even spoke on the phone. Agreed on a price, and shipping, etc..... he was going to send a check in 3 days. It's been a week, and now he won't return emails, texts, or answer his phone.
He finally answered his phone yesterday.... told me he was at work and couldn't talk, and would call me back in a hour or so. I waited 6 hrs and tried texting and calling him again.... now he won't answer.
WTF is wrong with people?? If you don't want it or can't afford it, it's very simple... just don't tell me you're going to buy it.
If something changed in your life and you need to back out on a deal... just be a man and tell me that so I can move on.
Nothing worse than being drug on like this. It's very saddening that people can be so immature.

You were the buyer, and the seller quit taking your calls?? Weird!
I was thinking.... do you have "anything" of value to bundle with your $7500 offer?
My post mentioned a truck..... because I need a truck. I already have a nice Avalanche 2500 4X4 with the 496 cu in BBC in it.
It's paid for and I could sell it if I had a "lesser" truck already. (just another way to raise cash) But I can't sell it and then look for a truck.
But at this point, I'd be interested in anything that I could sell to make up the difference. Guitars? Tools? Car? Motorcycle? Etc?
I'm definately a "motivated seller".

Yup, the buyer just quit texting and taking my calls. I think the car had some problems or something cause when I asked for the vin and if it had leaks is when he quit communicating! The only thing I have that may be of value is my old headunit from my truck and some tools, such as a dewalt xrp drill 14.4v (used once to drill 1 hole) still new basically. What is your bottom cash price?
