99 dinged Z28 high miles, strong runner, small mods $2300
Make it fast! This is a good price.
Bought it down in Florida around 145k from a dealer. Flew down, drove it back, trouble free drivetrain wise ever since.
Runs very strong, no engine trouble since I've owned it. Regular oil changes. Lots of highway miles while I've owned it commuting chicago>indy (but I will admit spirited getting up to speed!)
I just lost the back end on some ice at the beginning of the winter. Took on a guard rail and lost.
Very well installed cutout. Works perfect. Sounds great. Flick of the hand right in front of shifter (ugly install though).
Need to sell to continue putting money into a money sucking startup business. Sigh. Wish I could keep it even as is. Nice runner.
Have a ported throttle body I'll throw in.
I can't go out of my way much to show the car. Too many other commitments/obligations. If it sells, it sells. Until then, I get to keep driving it! NW Indiana, hour from Chicago. My price hopefully makes the hassle worth it.
Title in hand. Ready to sell (fast, like ripping off a bandaid).
Call me and leave a voice mail. I'll call you back asap.
Thanks,
Erik

the goods is there's a lot
the bad news is I'll probably be out of town this week

other misc:
the pass window switch on the driver side just stopped working this week
wipers stopped working a month ago - not the fuse/ a short or more likely the windshield motor - my temp solution, not driving in the snow or making sure I rain-x once a trip (yes, it sucks)
stains on carpet in back - some have come out but I don't have the patience to reapply common stain removers over and over
T-tops do not leak when it rains
Windows leak a little in automatic carwash... back corners
windows leak like crazy if you let some kids who aren't paying attention wash it with a hose and they focus on some of those corners
a few radio buttons broke off but all working
traction control was a thing of the past... never tried to hook it back up
Rims are by no means perfect but pretty good driving tires
Damage is on the driverside front corner and back corner (affecting rear bumper as well) - sadly the damage is done in a way that this is not exactly knocking it out with a body shop panel stuff.... still holds up very well for the last 6+ months of long haul driving without worsening
front dash tray (?)- the plastic thing all the way in front is cracked
passenger side mirror got hit by a shovel while shoveling it out over the winter. cracked, and the mirror only adjust right left and won't hold an up/down. I do not know how to fix this
SES light on - which I was assured was from using the cutouts for over 6 months
GOOD surprises:
has as mentioned good aftermarket rear lower control arms,
35mm front sway bar,
well installed electric cutout (never hits or leaks)
ported throttle body (not installed)
FORGOT TO MENTION
It has a lid
has a strut tower brace (uninstalled - and obviously varying opinions on if it does anything)
