    98 Trans Am WS9 6 spd modded $8900 OBO

98 Trans Am. Navy Blue Metallic (NBM). 6 speed. 110k miles. Grey leather. Ttops. Has a Comp grind cam, ported 241 heads, LS6 intake, LS6 throttle body, Hooker long tube headers, B&M short shifter, Textralia OZ700 clutch, has aftermarket projector fog lights, air shocks, the windows are tinted 5%, and probably a few other things I didn't list. Flaws include drivetrain "whine", the A/C, and a couple of paint spots. The rest of the paint looks awesome. I'm just now installing new speakers & headlight gears.

I'm offering it at $8900 OBO. This will include the WS9 Outlaw US Exotics hood, but will not include the TTM's & GMMG. Instead will have a set of 17" Seneca wheels, and will be dumped behind the headers & cats. If you're interested in just the TTM's or GMMG, go here: http://ls1tech.com/forums/showthread...t=#post8001143

I'm located in Stillwater, OK (74074). Reason to sell is I bought a new vehicle & need to pay this one off.

Sorry I need to sell it so I can pay it off. The "whine"... it's coming from the back of the car. It really only does it when you're in gear & under 1700 or so RPM's. When it's in neutral & you're coasting, there is no "whine."

What doesn't work on the A/C? Or just the A/C in general?

Forwarding this to a bud who is looking for a car.

the A/C just doesn't work in general. the guys at the shop said I'd probably need to get another compressor, condensor, & orifice tube. I have another condensor handy for whoever buys it. So I guess a $100-$180 for the condensor if you find it in the threads, a $5 orifice tube @ AutoZone, and a service job should do it.

here is a picture of the Seneca wheels taken last winter:

they had 255/45/17 on front and 285/40/17 on back. I'm going to put a better set of tires on them.

sounds good. if you guys might be wondering what the drivetrain "whine" is, I've been talking to Bob from Exotic Performance and he thinks my torque arm may have started to bend. I'm going to take a look at it and see if it has (since I noticed those 2 bolts were loose the other day).

I guess you can tell I let him use my ID, he's a good guy and he's pretty serious, hope we can work something out.
