88 Mustang LX, NJ, 600hp, $8800 FIRM, THIS WEEK!!

Selling my car for $8800 cash this week only!!! This is time sensative, I have something I'd like to jump on but need the cash, NO TRADES. My loss = your gain, BIG TIME! The upper half of the motor, the computer, and the blower are worth more than what I'm asking! Not to mention the new trans, built rear, gauges, fuel & ignition system. If you wanted to, you could buy it, use whatever you needed and sell whatís left to probably make most of the money back.

Here's the ONLY catch, it runs and drives perfect, but I ripped the interior out to put in new carpet, it's 110% ALL THERE, all you have to do is put it in. Car will be on Pony wheels as the Cobra R's are sold. E-mail me or call, 848-250-3006
It'd take WELL over twice what Iím now asking to build this car. Iím selling it at a big loss if it goes quick, as I have another project lined up that I need to jump on ASAP otherwise it goes to someone else. This car is not "perfect", but is in great condition, especially for an 88! It is what it is, no more, no less. I have absolutely nothing to hide on this car, and would be happy to answer any and all questions! Although I do not have receipts, (i stupidly didn't keep any becaues i had no intentions of selling this car, ever) I can provide the numbers to all shops that did the work on this car so all work can be verified as to if and when it was done.
Pics are recent and it's still in this condition, just dirty from sitting. Only thingís different are it now has no exhaust tips, and the whole top half of the motor has been professionally powdercoated gloss black, insluding the radiator bracket. Other than that it is what you see.

All mods have about 8k miles on them MAX and most havenít seen full throttle at all. I unfortunately never got to enjoy the car much. Many parts are only 500 miles old. Mechanically it's basically been restored. Paint is 7 out of 10, it was done in 99 but still shines up nice, few rust bubbles but nothing bad.

It put down a legit 500rwhp with 3lbs more boost at Crazy Horse in South Amboy, NJ and this was the BARELY-TUNED run! I dropped the boost to try and make it more usable on the street. It's got a decent tune right now, (done by Job Spetter Jr. of Turbo People). All mods have at most 8k miles on them, many have way less, as I've sunk well over $6000 in the car this past 2 years. With a nice drag suspension kit and a built AOD this would be a low 10 car EASY. Motor's been 10.5 consistent in the built AOD Notch it came from with a much more restrictive intake setup and a so/so tune. Now everythingís port matched and tuned right, so itíd be faster!

-Motor consists of a virgin 27,000 original mile stock short block(all mods were added at 23k orig miles), entire motor/computer/fuel system were taken from a mid 10 second full caged notch(I have a link to the for sale ad for the notch when i bought it as a donor if you'd like to see, just ask). The motor was running mid 10's at 129mph in the notch, and that's before a lot of what's done now(since then all the following was done: all new ignition components, new upper/lower intake w/spacer, bigger throttle body/spacer, bigger injectors, better fuel pump, new computer and tune.

For those curious on the welds. They're in great shape, front tires are damn near brand new, slicks have a lot of life left. Rear's are drilled for tire screws if you want to go that route. I've got all the lugnuts and center caps for them too.

They can go with the car for the right price, but I'm NOT selling them seperately. They only go if with the car. I've got no reason to sell them otherwise.
