30th Anniversary Trans Am in Charlotte for sale! Great condition!

Hey everyone,
Well, the wife and I are buying a house here in a couple of months, and I'm trying to save some money to open up a restaurant, so I'm selling my 30th.
I am the 2nd owner of this car, and have had it since it had 10,000 miles. It has been taken extremely good care of and well maintained. Mobil 1 synthetic oil changed every 3000 miles.
The car runs GREAT, with absolutely no mechanical problems. It is also very clean, inside and out. Here is some other basic information:
-#1395 of 1600
-around 76,000 miles
-automatic transmission, t-tops
-2 tires are brand new, and the other 2 have about 50% tread left. They also have free replacement warranty on them if they encounter a road hazard and can't be repaired.
-10" JL audio sub, with stealth box and Kenwood 600W amp.
-dynomax bullet exhaust (same style as SLP loudmouth). Sounds GREAT!
-K&N air filter
-tinted windows
-blue Trans Am door decals, rear Pontiac inlay decals, Pontiac headlight decal, front bird decal, and Trans Am rear filler decals
-new battery, window motor, brake rotors, Raybestos Quiet Stop brake pads
-recently had the transmission fluid and filter changed, the cooling system flushed, differential fluid changed, and fuel filter changed.

I do have all of the original 30th items (floor mats, owners portfolio, owner card, trophy mat, original paperwork from when it was purchased brand new)

Once again this car really is in great mechanical and physical condition. It has been my daily driver, but it has always been babied.
