I have clean and clear CA title. Due to the Headers emissions will be the responsibility of new owner. It should pass at the pipe and there are no trouble codes but due to catalytic converter placement it will not meet CA visual inspection. The GTO is under CA PNO as it hasn’t been driven as of late. No back fees are due.
