Spiral Gray - Torch Red- 2004 Corvette Conv
I don't think you would burst his bubble. "Most" people know these are not made any more. So you can't just go out and buy one. Plus that is 2002. This would probably now run about $42,000 to buy new if they did sell them today.
Most likely this TA cost about $36,000 new. Not for sure what that has anything to do with it anyway. Guess you've never taken a look at what some of the old Trans Ams are going for. Just because you could buy them for $5000 new doesn't mean that the owner has to sell them for $2500. Most nice one's go for about $45000-$80000

black- 2002 WS6
yes the 2002 WS6 convert was in the 36 grand range new. They will be indeed a real collector"s item shortly since pontiac is all but done, One has to remember your classic cars from the 1960"s/70"s chevelles, mustangs,, challenger, cuda"s were in the 2-4 grand range New & look what they bring these days --anyweres from 10 x to 100 x the amount from new. Not sayin thisTrans Am WS6 convertible will with extremely low miles be in those catagories but slowly will increase in value!!

Yes, my t-top car in 2000 brand new was 32,100 sticker and at the time would not deal at all. It was the hot item and I paid sticker. Good thin was they weren't charging like they are the gt500 now........15000 over sticker....are you out of your f-ing mind? Your right, alot of them around, you just have to wait for them to come available. Personally .....I'm waiting for my mechanics son to decide to sell his. the exact 2000 I had ( black w/ ebony inter) 700 miles.....I'm drooling to get my hands on it. 30000 for a convert with 7000 I'd say not out of the question. In you mind maybe but in his maybe not.
