2002 GSXR 1000 w/ 1500 miles sale or trade

Here is my 2002 GSXR 1000 $5000 1500 miles , I got this a year ago with 24 miles on it from an older guy in NC. He payed cash for it in 2002 and took a small road trip and didnt like the ergonomics of the bike and parket it in the corner of his garage and went and got a zzr 1000. so I got this from him. I have put 14XX miles on this and i have added a GPR steering dampener, and a GP exhaust. I have the stock exhaust as well. Also comes with a SOLO seat cowl OEM.

Im looking to get $5000 this is the cleanest 2002 gsxr 1000 in the country, No BS this have never been stunted, never been down, clean as it can be. tires were changed only because they were out of date not because they were bad.

I also have another 2002 gsxr 1000 key lime green with wide tire kit. and alot of chrome parts, willing to let wide tire kit and fairings/ tank go with the bike for another 2k, this wide tire kit was $4800

Wow man! Great bikes.

If this was a year from now when I graduate college I would be all over that bike 1k with the 1500 miles on it. Im a zook fan myself. Hence the name......TL1000S....lol

God I hate being broke.

thanks i love them my self. my first bike was a tl 1000 blue and white, loved the sound. but soon wanted more power and moved to the gsxr 1000 , this is my 5th and 6th gsxr's and by far the red one is the cleanest i have ever had

My first street bike was a 1997 (fastest year!) TL1000S. Took me forever to dail the suspension in. I got it with 12k miles on it and sold it at 18k. I had a Yosh exhaust (twin pipe set up), zero gravity windshield, frame sliders, blue headlights, and the only thing I ever had to do was adjust the valves. They were all within tolerance at 15k miles but they were a hair on the tight side. I love the line "If you cant wheelie a TL, you suck." haha Mine was red. Never down, never tipped over, one tiny chip on the tank from something I have no clue. Almost like the paint didnt stick in this spot the size of a ball point pen tip.

Again, great bikes man and I am sure that is one of the cleanest GSXRs out there. God it almost makes me want to sell my Z28. I am bike guy at heart and that thing just screams to me. I have been on all the big 4 litre bikes. I am a huge fan of gixxer and kawi, then honda then yamaha. The 5-valve yami was just weak down low, however the new one is quite nice to ride.

Guys, I have been on a lot of bikes and of the 1k bikes the Zook is one of my favorites. I rode a 2004 two summer ago and it was amazing as I am sure this bike is. The midrange is great and when you hit about 9k it feels like your arms are going to be snapped out of socket.
