I originally bought this car in March, 2006 with ~48,000 miles. This has been my weekend car and driven ~500 miles a month on average. I kept it under my carport and only drove in the rain a few times. There was only one owner before me who kept it in a garage and never drove it in the rain (also weekend car driven ~500 miles a month on average). The car used to get washed every week, but lately where I live now it's just been sitting in my driveway. I'd be happy to wash it before purchase. I've used only Mobile 1 every 3,000 miles, or 90 days, whichever comes first. I've never had any issues with the car. It has always run very well and strong. The car is mostly stock. It does have a custom exhaust, including mid-length headers and SLP Quad catback (the obnoxiouly loud SLP Loudmouth resonator has been replaced with a quieter, but still free-flowing Moroso Spriral Flow bullet muffler). The car is a little loud, but rather tame compared to most of the cars in our car club (Richmond Performance Musclecars). The tires were new when I bought the car, so they only have ~15,000 miles on them. The interior is very clean and unmodified. Monsoon CD player and speakers are original and never removed. The original sun shades for the T-tops are included, which seems to be missing often from these cars. The car does include the original unused spare tire with jack as well, and I also have the manual. The factory front O2 sensors have been replaced with the better Corvette Bosch 13111 O2's. All of the unnecessary EGR and air pump stuff has been removed, as well as the rear 02 sensors. The car was professionally tuned by Steve at TunedByFrost.com to accept these changes. So, what's wrong with the car? Well, it has a few paint chips in the front just as any decade old car would have. But, it is minimal. The paint is in great shape for a car this old. The front black plastic grill is off the car, but available if you want it. The side view mirrors have those stick-on convex spot mirrors that many people don't seem to like the look of. I don't care so much how they look either, but they are functional in a car that is hard to see out of at times. The driver's side door, when opened, does not perfectly clear the front fender. You can open the door just fine, but it does rub. The back seat is in good shape, but currently not bolted down. The only other thing is the rear seat belts. They are no longer in the car. This car has been really good to me. I get compliments from strangers all the time and I've had a lot of fun with it. Price is negotiable and I will consider any reasonable offer.
