1999 Camaro SS fully built for 1000hp
This car was built with all the best parts for a reliable and streetable high horsepower car. It will handle 1000hp and run 9s at over 150mph with the T56 manual trans or swap an auto in it and maybe hit high 8s, all while being street legal. I am only selling to buy a house and need all the money I can get, over 30k invested in just the car. I still have a personal loan from this car for 15k that I need to pay off to buy the house, but there is no lien on the car and clear title is in hand ready to go.
402 built by Rapid Motorsports 9.2:1 CR 6.0 iron honed block w/deck plate

Spec stage 3+ clutch and pressure plate

Moser 9" 31 spline, true trac, extended studs, drain/fill plug, 3.70 gears

BMR STB
BMR front and rear sway bars

Baer rotors w/hawk pads
Other minor appearance mods along with custom aftermarket stereo
Currently put down 470rwhp (which is pretty impressive given its a boost motor) and has not been to the track.
Bottom line is this car is built for lots of boost/high HP and be completely streetable and reliable. I was planning a turbo setup, either a 88/91 single or twin 70s, an F1 procharger would do nicely as well, I just wanted to go turbo. I have 6.0 exhaust manifolds to go with the car to start a custom turbo setup. Currently the car has AC on it, haven't ripped it off yet for the turbo. The engine, trans and rear have 10k miles on them, the car has 112k. Everything is in excellent shape, the car runs great, just put in new plugs, oil/filter and retuned and it runs smoothly, easily streetable and tagged for over another year.
Only SERIOUS interest please! This car is not for the faint of heart! Its a beast yet still easy to drive on the street, but please don't waste my time or yours, no joy rides. Located in Newark/Hockessin Delaware. $14,000!
BTW, I am over on LS1tech, been there for years, same user name, have had fbodies and vettes for the last 8-9 years, just looking to expand my sale for other people, especially fbody lovers that can truly appreciate this car and hopefully boost it for its full potential. Thanks.

Pewter- 1999 Camaro SS
HELP! Need info on this car!
I just bought this car back in february... in Fargo, ND on a used lot from a dealer. Someone traded it for a pickup. Anyway, I want to know more about his car! I called rapid motorsports and they can't give me the complete build specs/ build sheet or any invoice copies without a last name or invoice number. I don't have any receipts or other info on the car (detail shop at dealership threw them away! ugh...). only luck i had was a google image search... which brought me here. If anyone could help me locate any additional info on this car, I would really really appreciate it!
