F*%k KBB.com. NADA.com is a much better site to judge a cars value on. According to link above car IS priced right. Problem is right now peeps aren't looking for a V8 gas guzzler. Free bump

I agree if you keep your foot out of it, the ls1 is fairly economical.

How much do the pricing guides deduct for color? If nothing, then you are not looking at a reliable pricing guide. I feel fairly secure in my manhood, but I can't even entertain the idea of the purple car. My buddies at work still won't stop brining up the fact that after buying my wife a new truck, I drove her Jeep with a vanity plate (our song spelled out).

Hell, maybe I need a purple car and new friends! LOL!

They shouldn't deduct for the color! It should add to the value. There is so few in that color and it is a factory color. It is kinda a girl's car tho.

there is nothing that says the color purple is a girl or chick color...there are pleaty of men's professional and college sports that wear that color. If you dont like purple thats fine, but stop saying it is a girl color, because it is NOT. Heck I dont like red or gold colors, so does that make those colors a "girl color", NO.

just a few places the color purple is used for men....

    Zex Nitrous
    Washington Huskies Men's Sports
    Minnesota Vikings
    Baltimore Ravens
    Arizona Diamondbacks
    etc...

good luck with the sale and bump for you.....

I like the color and would drive it in a second....

Personally I would NOT go any lower than $12,000. A car is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. 12k is not overpriced what so ever, especially for one with lower miles. I think you'll have an easier time selling it if you wait a few months when it starts getting warmer outside. So I would stick with your price and be firm about it. Good luck on the sale too.

Thats the blue book value. You are asking way no much lol. Ill give you 5,000 lol.
Yea, Its always good to use blue book before even thinking about making a purchase.
especially when some people are way out of line asking way too much for it. No disrespect man. I hope you sell it and get a decent amount out of it!

Blue book? Please, thats about as reliable as a ford. It's decent for every day cars, but not for toys. And who are you to say who is asking too much. A vehicle is what someone is willing to pay for it. You obviously have never seen Barret Jackson or been to an type of car event were vehicles are selling for 200k+ such as rmauctions. For example vehicles such as the toyota supra. Ever blue book one of those and try to find one within 5-10k even close? I hardly doubt it. Enzo's were "Blue Booked" at something like 600k, try finding one for under a nice million. I know were talking about different types of vehicles, but the point im trying to make is blue book is complete shit unless your buying a truck or an suv.

good luck in your sale. The car will sell for what a buyer is willing to pay.

I bought a 99 black Z a4 hardtop for 9800 2 years ago with 28 thousand miles on it. The guy was asking 12.5 but could not get it. It was in the middle of winter, and I offered him 9800. He needed the money and took it.

I also sold the car last year for 12.5k. I added some rims and cleaned it up a bit.

It is just what a person wants to pay for the car.

Good luck in the sale, I like the color.
