DONT take it to a dealership!!! try listing on AUTOTRADER first. a dealer will not give you near what you want for it. $40 on autotrader will list it online until it sells. its worth the money if you think about it.

    Thumbs up

It is on autotrader and has been for a while I'm in a place now where unfortunatly Money aka (Cash) talks. But thanks for the reply though I'm glad to see there are some cool people checking out my listing.

There are 4 problems with the car.
    1. it's purple.
    2. it's an automatic.
    3.it's priced to high.
    4.all of the above.

Sorry to be so harsh, but I will try to make it up by making this startment. I would suggest putting it on www.autotrader.com. I sold my last camaro on there pretty quickly. I doubt that the percentage of people that would be interested in this particular car on this forums is low. That way you could get more in touch with the female market. I have however sent a copy of the ad to the artist formally known as prince. he's the only malish type of person I know who would drive that thing.

    Price

I have a 98 as well. The Blue book price is false. These cars are not made
anymore. I dont know why everyone here wants cars for nothing.
Good luck. I think 12000 is a deal. I bought a Tahoe and the dealers
wanted my ride for 8k. I said no.

Actually... KBB trade in value is only 6,625 in excellent condition with all options. I used to work at a dealership as a salesman... and You are WAY better trying to find a private person to buy it than a dealership.. because they have to SUPPOSEDLY run it through a full safety check, change all the fluids, touch up any flaws, etc.. then mark it up on top of the costs it just put into fixing it up. So the dealership route should only be on a last resort.
