1998 WS-6 T/A Black with Black interior

ASKING 8500$

Very Well maintained WS-6. Engine rebuilt @79K miles with a Comp Cam and upgraded pistons/lifters/springs/valves installed. Transmission is freshly rebuilt 4L60E with only 200 miles on it. Yenk 4500 Stall with upgraded internals. I spent 2K on the transmission and it has a 2 year warranty. The exhaust is SLP longtube headers with a 3"pipe all the way back to a magnaflow muffler. It is a very custom setup that you have to see to appreciate. I spent over 900$ on the exhaust system. It sounds extremely aggressive. I am having the car retuned before I sell it as it is running slightly rich right now. No knocking has occurred as a result of this as I have been driving her very easy.

373 gears (10 bolt) with Powder coated Z06 wheels with 315/35/18s on the back and 275/45/17 on the front Nitto 555r tires. Tires are brand new with about 99% tread left on them. Sub frame connectors and KONI shocks as well.

The chassis has 135K miles on it. I have always taken care of this car and never beaten on it and it shows. Runs and drives great. Brand new window and headlight motors installed January this year, interior is flawless. Dashboard is not cracked. There are some minor paint flaws that you would expect from a car that is 11 years old.

Full bolt on mods were done as well. SLP lid, Underdrive pulleys, 160 deg T-stat BBK 80 MM TB. I am sure I forgot something that was done to the car.

I am selling it because I want to get a 2001-2002 WS6 Convertible. with the 6 speed and a Different color.

Needs a new compressor which I am taking care of. It just went out Wednesday and I am fixing it On monday. It does not overheat and is very Mechanically sound.

I can attest to this. I drove it on Saturday and I can honestly say it is in great shape mechanically.

Can you get one? YES.
However it would take great credit and probably a fairly short term loan 2-3 years i would guess. The bank i would assume wouldnt want to tie there money up in an older car has long.

I think thats a good part of the reason the market is so soft for these cars right now. There values are holding up ok but how many people really have 7-12k in cash just lying around for a car at this point then on top of it the fact they are anywhere from 7-11 years old with most over 80k miles.

Anyways back on topic. And free bump for a nice looking car.
Were you able to get the a/c back up and running?

Were you able to get the a/c back up and running?

Working on it. I got a compressor, just have to find the time to put it on. Prob tomorrow. I was able to take out a loan on the car last year to get the Tranny fixed. It was a 2 year term. I have really good credit though. Credit unions are the best bet.
