1998 Pontiac Trans Am Sale OR Trade $7,000

Up for sale is my 1998 Pontiac Trans Am. I've had this car for about 5 years and it's been my daily driver and sole transportation. I would not hesitate to drive this car anywhere. It has the LS1 5.7 with auto, Leather, T-Tops, 17 inch Corvette wheels, Monsoon Stereo Package with all new Alpine speakers and Sony Xplod CD Player (w/IPOD hookup) I have been very meticulous on maintaining this car with oil changes every 3K miles with Mobil 1 Synthetic oil only, Fuel filters every 6 months, Tranny flushed 3 times, etc. Here is a list of what has been maintained, repaired, and upgraded.

New 275/40/R17 tires installed about 5 months ago.
New brake rotors and pads on the front installed 1 month ago.
Completely redid the whole A/C about 2 years ago, Blows ICE COLD
New battery
Tinted windows
Water pump w/ upper and lower hoses, thermostat
NGK plugs and MSD wires
2 New Knock sensors
Goodyear Gatorback belts
SLP Airlid with K&N
Flowmaster 80 Series muffler. (Sounds nice, not too loud)
New rear main seal and oil pan gasket
PCV Valve complete hose unit
Plus many more little things


The car does have 187K miles but you really can’t tell because it runs so good. Most of these miles are highway miles. I drive the car 30-35 miles a day to work. I average 20-23mpg which is pretty good for a V8. The body is in pretty nice shape for its age, Shines real nice as you can see in the pictures but has the typical daily driver chips here and there. The only main issue with the body is the right front bumper has a crack. The reason im selling is I’m thinking about getting a truck. I’m open to all trades. I’d really like to trade for a equal value nice truck. Chevy or Dodge’s only. Or I would consider a lower value truck or car and some money. Let me know what you have. No, sorry.. I sold it a few months back. Actually this weekend I was informed that the guy who bought it already blew the motor up racing it... bummer
