    1992 Camaro RS 305 $1500obo (Indiana)

I bought the car out of impulse because its been within my group of friends for a while now, but i dont really have a reason to keep it along with 2 other cars, so i decided to throw it on here to see how she does. Title says the basics, has just over 130k miles and running VERY strong, doesnt leak anything, its an auto/overdrive that shifts great, throttle body injection, t-tops, CD player works great, has 4 upgraded pioneer speakers, tungsten silver rims and cobalt blue metallic body (doesnt look amazing, but it looks better than the flat-black primer it used to be), body has imperfections but nothing major, has some kind of aftermarket exhaust and sounds damn good, nice throaty sound but not too loud, has 90% new tires all around, (For an extra 200 you can have a set of brand-new 480$ blizzak winter tires for the rear), interior is clean, only a couple imperfections. Cant think of anything else to mention...

I'll have pics up in a couple days once i find the cord to my camera. Im asking 1500 but that's negotiable. If you're interested, reply here or to get me quicker email me at turbonetict56@gmail.com.

I'm out of Granger, indiana. Its northern indiana, about 3 minutes from the Michigan-Indiana border and 45 minutes from illinois. I can meet you within reason, i have no problem driving the car a distance, it can handle it.

This RS is perfect for the entry-level f-body dreamer. Its extremely reliable, gets decent gas mileage for a V8, and with the t-tops and peppy throttle you'll have a lot of fun driving it.

    Thanks for looking!

Uploaded some pics and a couple videos

    Walkaround
    Start-up/Rev

BTW the velcro on the tail lights are there for blackout covers, i just took them off to clean them before taking pics, didn't think to put em back on. They'll come with the car.

Asking OBO, and accepting trades for a 4 banger beater.

Also, if anyone wants that hot-ass 91 Cutlass in the background, 250 bucks and its yours. Runs and drives great, just not much of a looker lol.

also, question for everyone reading this: how do the 305s compare to the 350s?

Lol i've never heard of third gens being the most unreliable... Some are unreliable yea, but most are pretty solid runners for daily driving. My buddy had this when he turned 16 and got his license, it was his daily driver till little over a year ago when another friend bought it as a daily driver too. So its been reliable since its been around here. Im not gunna lie, its slow. It's got a lot of pickup for a 305 throttle body, but a TPI would be quicker, and obviously a 350 L98 would beat it by lengths. But it looks decent, sounds good, and runs great.

He slid into the back of a truck on ice, the bumper hit his and pushed it down. He replaced the hood as well, which also sits high. I was gunna fix it, which involves just replacing the fiberglass brace across the front infront of the radiator, but it runs cooler with the gap and didnt really bother me enough to worry about. I was more worried about the flat black lol.

If its that big of a concern to ppl, i'll make a bracket at work to keep it up. Its only a couple points that aren't holding it, the bumper is very solid otherwise.

hey its my old car sweet, and as far as anybody sayin thirdgens arent reliable I bought it about 4 years ago, and drove it for like 3 years everyday, and the only thing that ever broke on it was the fuel pump went out other than that no problems. only reason I sold it cause I bought my iroc, and my friend wanted it so I sold it to him, and now raptor bought it from him

third gens are awsome... i love tpis. their my second favorite engine... next to the ls1

third gens are reliable, the unreliable ones are the ragged out pieces o shit that some redneck owned!

and i was talkin about tpis in a dif forum thing on here... they can be made fast for a decently cheap price, and they make great sleepers caus everyone thinks their slow!

    o yea... bump
