Clean car, very nice....but the price is high for it to be so modded

It really isn't modded that severely, plus as stated I have the parts necessary to return it to stock including the original tires, turbo, injectors, etc. Prices are negotiable as well, but if the car was factory stock it would actually be worth quite a bit more.

that is right down the street from me, and my car is actually in better shape than that one. its appraised at $30K

Choice is yours - keep it lightly modded, or return it to stock..in a sense you're getting two different flavors of grand national. People who know these cars realize a stock GN with that few miles more tha likely has weak valvesprings and sensors are about to go, fuel sock is collapsed, and fuel pump is unreliable. My car has been gone through and everything relating to it's reliability has been updated and/or replaced. Its performance level is set for daily driving and near stock - though much more can be drawn out of it.
I'd also advise checking autotrader.com for a reference as to what original low mileage GN's are going for. You can always sell the parts for a profit and put the stock ones back on if factory stock is what you want - but at this price level, rarity, and condition of the car - you'll be hard pressed to find an original one in better mechanical and overall conditin.
