Looking to sell my 1998 Firebird Formula. It is very street friendly and runs 11's N/A and 10's on the juice. PM me or call me if interested. The car was professional built by New Era Performance (Site sponsor). It has a custom grind cam, 4k stall and much much more. The car only has 66k on the clock. Right know it does not need anything. It may need new brakes within the next 5k miles or so because the brakes have 10k on them but I am not sure.

Yes two hoods. Yeah, the car is pretty much a steal at this price considering how much I have into it and how well it is built. I have a lot of people interested but I know times are tough and know one wants to by a sport car in the winter time. Hopefully when tax returns come back it will sell.

Here is the summary of the mods:

Custom Grind Cam with upgraded internal (Springs, Pushrods, Retainers etc) at 62k. So basically the top half of the engine is built with very low miles.

Built tranny with all the good stuff (Input shaft, Upgraded clutch packs, Kevlar, shift kit) 2009

4000 stall recently restalled from Circle D

3:42 gears

Pacesetter headers w/ ORYP

Magnaflow exhaust

Cutout

Harris Speedworks Nitrous Kit (wet)

Fuel Safety cutoff switch etc.

Timing tuner (Pulls timing when nitrous is activated which makes spraying very safe)

SLP lid

SSRA ram air system (This is a true ram air system, much better than the so called ram air systems on the WS6 model)

BBK intake manifold

NEP Ported Throttle body

New plugs

Ported oil pump

Walbro fuel pump

Bilstein shock (rear)

Probably missing a few mods

I thought you weren't willing to drive to NY? I pm'd you. 502 wrhp with 125 shot and the 4k converter unlocked which is obviously eating up a lot of HP. My tuner does not like to dyno cars with the converters locked but will if requested. My buddy dynoed approx. 395 hp with the same setup with the exception of a different intake with his converter locked. To me trap speed is much more important than dyno numbers. I have beat cars at the track with much more hp. As you know it is all in your setup. I trapped 125 mph (on Nitrous) and 115 mph N/A in crappy air and the Formula shifting at a conservative 6000k instead of 6500k where it makes max power. I know I am leaving some ET and trap on the table but the car is also a weekend cruiser so I wanted to be safe. I didn't get to the track in the fall time whether the air was much better because my daughter was born. If you want a timeslip pm'd to you let me know. New Era Performance built the car so you know it is built right.
