04 Ford Escape-need to sell or trade;low miles!

I have a 2004 Ford Escape XLS. almost 28000 miles, factory warranty.True Blue with tan cloth interior, tinted windows, manual trans, K&N filter, rear wiper and defrost, keyless entry, cd/radio player. Avg. 25mpg, up to 29 hwy. Clean and well taken care of with record of all maintainence.Has silver pinstripes on the sides.I live in St. Louis MO. Looking to sell for 12000. That is about what I owe on it and want to sell it for a 98-02 Trans Am or Camaro Z28 or SS, with decent miles, no more that 60k.
This escape is also on autotrader.com with pics, I will also add some on Tues or Wed.
