What heads to pick
Ok motor is apart and stock heads have been ported and polished way too many times. What are the best heads for longevity and hp? That i can of course polish myself for better flow? or my same stock heads again redone and repolished and try to hit 1 mil. k on them? Just looking for opinions here cuz i know everyone has them.

First off, unless you have a flowbench and the necessary skill, dont go screwing around with your heads yourself. It takes years to perfect the art of hand porting a head, and then you need to get them all even, hence the flowbench. As far as other heads, AFR gives the most variety, but some folks also seem to like the trick flow heads.
