And yes my gas mileage went down bad!!!
Since my car is a 94 obd1 in closed loop it doesent throm any codes unlike the slp maf i had on my 02 Z28 obd2 setup.
do you think if i took my granitelli maf, my gas mileage would go up?
i had the exact same problem when i put a GMS MAF on my 1996 Z28. i called the manufacturer. they asked me if i had disconnected the negative battery cable and left it disconnected for an hour or so after installing it. i had not. they said that was the problem. so i tried it and the problem went away. i guess the CPU needs to clear before running with the new MAF.
