    Rail and injectors

    Ok, simple question...
(long story...) But I got my fuel rail and injectors in the mail finally, and I went to put the injectors into the rail but noticed that the injectors still wiggle a bit in the rail. I thought I pushed them in as far as I could but is this normal or should I stop being a Sally and push harder? (And no, I haven't put them in the manifold yet...)

that is correct . they will wiggle a little. when you tighten them into the intake , they should still turn also.

    edit: new fuel rail?

    A lot of new stuff.
Awhile ago, my car got broken into and the top half of my engine was stolen, except the heads. So I have had to replace the manifold, intake tract, rails, injectors, PCM, alternator, all the sensors, and my bolt-ons...etc. Finally got my parts in and just finished putting it back together. But I am going to let my mechanic finish it because they cut my fuel lines and throttle cables. And yes, I am still very pissed off.

Yeah, took a lot of shit.
But today after class, I'm getting it towed up to my mechanic so he can re-do the fuel lines and a lot of those little hoses I probably missed. Should have it back and running by Wednesday, hopefully.
