programmer
i need some advice really fast, i have a 96 trans am lt1 6 speed and i was just needing to know what kind of programmer it get, would a hypertech power programmer plus work i have no idea when it comes to stuff like that?

The hypertech units are only good for programming gear changes, changing fan temps, and removing/changing speed/rpm limiters. The actual "power programming" is pretty much a joke, and rarely gains you much power. Save your money at this point.

YES!!!! Your ECU should be the last thing you do. Cam, heads, exaust. Any of this should be done first.

ok well what good headers i should get, i have stock manifold and stock y pipe with borla muffler.

Pace setter is about the cheapest but are still good quality. they also sell the Y pipe.

I've been running Pacesetters for a while now, and I like them. Just my .02, and for the money you can't beat them.

You can find them on ebay, or some of the sponsors here sell them.

You can buy them "coated" which is a ceramic coating. you would be better off to go ahead and spend the money to get them done.
