My opti may be out, my car wont crank it got wet, should i get the cap and rotor kit , or replace the whole distributor? and how do u do it , i have never done one before

just pay someone. it is some work and they go out often it seems i have had 2 put on after i payed for the first one. they garentee them at the shop!

I would suggest get the entire opti and a water pump while you are at it. Since the water pump has to come off anyways, and you don't want to have to get another opti in a few months or so because your water pump blew all over the opti. It will cost a bit more, but you won't have to worry about it as much.

shit if you have the money do the msd opti. i heared its night and day better. but it runs $515

i just shocked the shit outta my self with my coil pack, while it was gettin turned over......ok i think i got it , ur opti fires ur coil and your coil fires your rotor, so if your coil is firing then your opti is good , and your rotor and cap are bad.!! RIGHT?
