need help??? ls1 missing

i have a 1994 z28 with 38k miles, a few months back, car got a bad miss back firing, missing, smoking. you could not even drive car it was missing so bad. so i replaced distributer cap , i put a new opti-spart cap on car, car still has a dead miss, u can actually drive car but it still has a dead miss somewhere, it does seem like it clears up a little when you up in the rpm, but its still there, check engine light comes on and off saying code (36) hight resistance pulse in injetion system, what next ??? could i got a bad apti- spark?? any help would be appreciated OPPS I MEANT TO PUT IN TITTLE NEED HELP ????? LT-1 MISSING

lol you opened the hood and someone swapped the LS1 for and LT1? lol those dumb asses did you a favor.
Well if you just replaced the cap you forgot to change the rotor... or did you?... or did you swap the entire optispark unit?
Other things to check are the coil and ICM, the opti plug, and check you spark plug wires and spark plugs. I have no clue on what the codes mean but check the basic crap first to make sure and by then I'm sure someone will pipe in on what the code means.
