LT4 questions

Well since im on a budget and smog restrictions, i want to do the LT4 hotcam, with LT4 intake manifold, and port and polish the stock heads, then probably a 75 shot of nitrous. Has anybody done the LT4 conversion, and what kind of numbers did you get. Please nobody come in here and tell me how horrible the LT4 kit is, i have already heard it all, just wondering about numbers.

An LT4 intake manifold will not easily match up with your stock LT1 heads. You'd be better off port matching your stock LT1 manifold, or using the LT4 heads and intake. Bolt on cars with the hotcam and untouched LT1 heads have gotten to 335-340rwhp in 6 speed cars. With stock LT4 heads you could probably expect another 15 or so horsepower. With ported LT4 heads, 355-370rwhp seems attainable, maybe a bit more.
