Unhappy LT4 Intake Oil Leak - Help please!

I recently found that I was leaking oil between the rear flange of the block and the intake maifold. I removed the intake, thoroughly cleaned all surfaces installed new intake gaskets and put down a good bead of Permatex Ultra Grey RTV. I let the RTV set-up approx. 30 mintues before reinstalling the intake. I did a 2 pass torque assimbly at 35 ft/lbs final. I let the engine sit for 48 hours before starting. After starting and warming-up I STILL have oil leaking between the two although not as bad as before.

What process and gasket maker have others used in the past that has proven successfull?

    Thanks

Personally, I wouldnt let the rtv setup much if at all before reinstalling the intake. And make sure it's a nice big bead.

Thank you "5.0THIS" for your reply and advice. This time I did NOT let the RTV set before installing the intake. (as recommended by several articles in the web) The leaks appear to be fixed. Thanks!
