Lt1 put into 98-02 V6
I just bought a 94 lt1 70k auto firebird that was hit in the rear passenger side corner for $300. I've seen some newer front end 98-02 v6 camaros and firebirds locally and online for $800-$2000 bucks. Ive read a couple swaps online about what major peices I'll need to include in the exchange. But I've not seen an lt1 swapped into a newer 98-02 style v6, is there anything I should look into before purchasing one. I've already completely gutted the car, and anxious to start whatever project im goin to do, let me know your opinions, THanks

You need a K member, LT1 radiator, motor mounts, the LT1 wiring harness and pcm, V8 front springs, and some other things. It isnt as straightforward as you'd think, but can be done.

I think the keyword for him was project, yea I think it would make a great project, especially if you build up that LT1. But as mentioned before its not exactly a walk in the park.
