    LT1 guys with 4L60E's.

When I got my 4L60E(M30) it had a long vacuum hose coming from the top of it. The hose is at least 4 foot in length. I am wondering if anybody else had this same long hose and if so what did you do with it?

Did you connect to a port on the intake or just leave it hanging?

Sorry no pics because the trans is already in the car.

    Thanks in Advance,
    Jay

Sounds like your talking about the vent hose. If you want you can cut the hose and run a short section of it above the transmission. As long you do not drive in deep water you really do not even need the hose.
