Can u run a 95 lt1 without the air box I seen a couple of people do it what's the reason

Not unless you want unfiltered air coming into the engine. Some people will do it on a dyno or at the racetrack to maybe free up an extra few horsepower, but that's about the only time you would.

There's some additives I've seen that helps get rid of water/condensation
I like work. It fascinates me. I can sit and look at it for hours.

sputters/cutsout
Ok guys did a tune up on my 1995 bird and everything went good she ran good stop to put sum gas in and after that it started sputtering and cutout as I accelerate it levels out what do u guys think

Way too many things could cause that. Need some additional information. I would start with what was stated though without knowing more info. Any codes?

Ok guys my vat light is flashing really fast tryed the relearn steps no good have keys with car and one is new so its not the key.
