HELP! Oil Leak? Please give me good news

Ok well I just noticed this leak when I was at my dads. I know this has been leaking for awhile but now its really bad all under my car you can see where its hitting heres some pics I hope they can help and I HOPE its only a oil pan gasket and not a seal. Im getting ok oil pressure 20psi at idle and 40psi driving anyone? Some are telling me its the crank seal. How do I install the crank seal?

Yeah, it looks like its coming out from behind the crank pulley. You'll probably have to take the crank pulley off and install a new seal.

Now that just involves removing the crank pulley and hub correct? Does it involve removing the opti?

Not positive, but I think you will have to remove the opti because it hangs behind the crank pulley. You may not have to, only way to be sure is to see when you pull the crank pulley off.

uhh... no. The opti doesnt have to come off to get to the crank seal in the front cover...
