my 94 z gots lots of miles on it like close to 200 i have done some bolt ons headers and ignition nothin major...... anyways everyone and their mama is goin to the local drag strip thursday my buddy at the shop has a nitrous kit he said he would but on for me 100 shot dry , and some 10.5 slicks i am dying to race this mustang and win but aint really got the money to fix it if something breaks do yall think it would break something hooking like that?

With 200k miles i'd say No Way. Even on a well maintained engine those internals have significant wear. Freshen her up and while your at it, go ahead and throw some Forged pistons in the mix, and then you can have your laughing gas - safely

The shot will break your motor, the tires your rear axle. If you cant fix it, forget it.

Even if you don't spray, those slicks alone with a good launch will kill your rear I would think.

If you can't pay to play don't do it. Especially if it's your daily driver. Not to mention the above statements. Racing is fun, but can be costly.
